Workshop on making Lamington's

Something I never do in Australia - make lamington's!! But it was a huge success and I thoroughly enjoyed showing these young people how to make them. And I surprised myself that they turned out so well......considering! Mind you, I prayed heaps as I was showing the young people what to do.

I hope you made many Lamington connections. I think from number of photos all must have gone very well.

All went well Ann, but the Lamington's didn't last long!! The theme of the Youth Camp was 'Mehr' (More) so guess what they started to call out!!
Lovely to get your comments.

Great to hear from you Christine. I think you must have been very busy with your new job. How is it going? Are you enjoying it? I will certainly keep in touch. Is it very hot in Singapore at the moment? With love, Gaynor

I must admit my ignorance - I've never heard of a lamington. Looks like something that takes many steps to make, but also looks like it was well received!
