TIM AND AMY HAVE ARRIVED

Yes, they're really here. Tim and Amy were so excited about the snow! It has been falling all day. So, we just had to build a snowman. Sorry I didn't get a piccie of the finished product (too busy putting the chicken in the oven to roast)!! But Amy has pictures which we will download soon. Here's a few of the men working!

I know I don't have to tell you to enjoy your visit...you started to enjoy it even before they arrived and I don't blame you!
Your pictures look like a winter wonderland! We got 5 inches of snow last night and they are predicting more to come. Brrrrr! All my best to you!

looks like a little Christmas village.

My husband promises every year to take me to a Christmas Village north of here in the Cascade Mountains.

Somehow we never get around to it.

We have about 10 inches of snow and it is very cold.

I'm trying so hard not to be "green with envy", ;) but I also know its not my turn to have a white Christmas this year... one day....
I'm loving your blog so much Mum, I just sit here with my cup of tea & its as close as I can get!

I'm off to do a little blogging myself now & then it's busy, busy, busy... I have a formidiable 'to do list' and a will that won't wait! xo

wonderful blog - it looks really cold and like a European Christmas. Adelaide is just blissful at the moment. Warm but not too warm days and light rain every now and again. Smells just fresh and wonderful with a scent of gums on the air. No possums in the roof anymore thank goodness.
